Bent Tree Ryder Cup Challenge ($10 Bunch vs Crain's Crewe)

The dates have been set (10/22 - 23).  The following formats are being considered.  Your comments, suggestions are always welcome.  If you know with certainty that would like to play (or not), let me know.  I know October is a long way off but a stroke in time saves 9 or something like that.

Saturday morning round we could have 6 matches or tee times and play two man teams of best ball using 12 players. If we teed off at 9:00 we should finish around 1:00 or a little after.

We could send 6 more matches off Saturday at noon, or even later if there are those willing and able to do 36 holes, and do alternate shot.

Sunday do the same thing but change the format to singles in four man groups (2 matches per group). We could make that true match play or point match play depending on the handicap differences.

This event just happens to coincide with the end of my duties as your Commish.  I took over the reigns from Speed Bump on 10/24/15.  Lots of golf to play between now and then but as Gus said to Captain Call, "My God, Woodrow. It has been quite a party, ain't it?"
